Nestled on a beautifully wooded lot in Ann Arbor, Michigan, this home is a testament to what happens when creativity is met with complete trust. Rather than defaulting to the neutrality that often accompanies new construction of this scale, Krista Nye Nicholas of Ramsay Nye leaned into color, pattern, and personal detail at every turn. Spaces were designed around the rhythms of a busy family, from a custom homework zone and loft to a vibrant sports court and resort-worthy outdoor entertaining areas. This home stands as a joyful, deeply personal portrait of the family within.
